One flat price for your whole company, set by how many people are in your space. Never per person, never per host. Grow past your size and there is plenty of time to move up: nobody already in is ever shut out.

Is free really free?

Yes. Every game on the public site is free to play with no account, no card and nothing to install, and that is not changing. Ads pay for it. What a company pays for is the private version: your own address, open only to your work email domain and anyone you let in, real names on the scores, and a record you can report on.
