20 letters: A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P R S T W. Like most tables, the game leaves out Q, U, V, X, Y, Z, because too few words start with them. It never rolls the same letter twice in one game.
Yes. Two players works well online: matching answers are rarer, so most answers score, and a game of three rounds takes about ten minutes.
