Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your email address, your name and your password.
• The link between your account and the games you have played.
• Your place in any company space. If an admin had removed you from one, that removal stays.

What stays

Scores and results are stored against a random id your browser made and the name you played under, never your email. Those rows stay, and once your account is gone nothing links them to it. Scores you put on a shared team leaderboard stay there, because that board belongs to the team rather than to your account. In a company space the name you played under is your own, so it stays on the company’s results as your colleagues saw it; ask us and we will remove it.

App notifications are tied to the app on your phone rather than to your account, so deleting this does not turn them off. Turn them off in the app, or in your phone’s notification settings.

If you have also joined a waiting list or emailed us, those are separate from your account and are not deleted here — reply to that email, or write to support, and we will remove them.

This cannot be undone, and we cannot recover the account afterwards.

For accounts you sign in to with an emailed link or code, like a work account.

Cannot sign in? Email support@herdgamesonline.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
